My work Experience

I am a marketing and brand professional with over 20 years’ experience delivering strategic and hands-on communications across both B2B and B2C environments. I have worked with growing and established organisations, supporting the development and ongoing management of brands to ensure they remain clear, consistent and commercially effective.

Most recently, I worked within the clean-tech EV charging sector at Petalite, where I supported the evolution of the brand from early-stage through to a more structured, commercially focused business. This involved not only building brand foundations, but also maintaining consistency as the company grew, ensuring messaging, identity and communications remained aligned across all touchpoints.

My experience has given me a strong understanding of what established organisations require from marketing: clarity of message, consistency of execution, and the ability to manage activity across multiple channels and stakeholders. I am used to working within defined brand frameworks while also identifying opportunities to strengthen and evolve them where needed.

At Petalite, I was responsible for delivering brand and marketing activity from planning through to execution. This included overseeing creative output, coordinating asset design, managing external suppliers and ensuring all materials met brand and business standards. I worked closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure everything produced was clear, consistent and aligned with wider objectives.

Organisation and process are a key part of how I work. I regularly manage multiple projects at once, maintaining clear timelines, shared assets and structured workflows to support efficient delivery. I have also developed and maintained brand asset systems and guidelines, helping teams work more effectively and ensuring consistency across all communications.

I am confident working with a wide range of stakeholders, acting as a reliable point of contact and ensuring communication is straightforward and practical. Whether supporting senior teams, collaborating with agencies, or managing day-to-day delivery, I focus on keeping activity running smoothly and to a high standard.

I am hands-on with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, website management systems and project management platforms, and I bring a practical, detail-focused approach to my work. I take pride in delivering work that not only looks right but works effectively for the business.
